Work and travel France Work in France

Work experience France
Have you ever wanted to travel abroad but are worried about the expense?

Work in France gives you a unique opportunity to work in Europe and earn money to fund your stay. A position within hospitality and catering or agriculture is sourced for you and can earn 8.44€ per hour!

Location

Placement opportunities are available all around France, however most are located in quiet and rural areas as well as holiday resorts.

Project Life

After an initial stay in Paris, where you will meet the support team and be provided with your orientation and full information concerning living and working in France, you will travel to your placement. Most positions are available in the hotel and catering industry. However there are also opportunities in agriculture, and some cleaning and sales positions. The type of position is not guaranteed and if you are to be given the opportunity of a position with direct contact with customers then you will need to have an upper intermediate level of French.

You can expect to work between 30-40 hours per week. The timetable is flexible depending on the position and on average you will receive 2 days off per week. You will be paid the French minimum wage.

The positions are available for 2 –3 months.

Accommodation & food

2 nights accommodation in Paris is provided. When you travel to your placement we will source your accommodation for you.
