Location

The programme is based in Cochabamba, in the tropical warm area of Chapare. About four hours from the city of Cochabamba and ten minutes from the town centre of Villa Tunari, where it's easy to find cafes, restaurants, Internet café's and much more. The Cochabamba area is very popular with tourists and locals.

Project Life

Although basic Spanish it's not obligatory, it is recommended.

Volunteers will help staff with the day to day running of the sanctuary, duties will include feeding the animals, monitoring the progress of sick animals, cleaning their sleeping quarters, caring for the compound and possibly some administrative duties.
