Twin Work & Volunteer's HIV School and Orphanage volunteer programme offers travellers the chance to make a real difference to the lives of Kenyan children who have come from very difficult circumstances. Volunteers on the programme choose from working at a school for children affected by HIV or an orphanage for HIV affected children, both in Kibera.
