I just want to thank you for assisting us in getting her placed in Cape Town. She is having a wonderful experience there and wishes she had learned of this opportunity weeks ago!

I expected placement with a safe and friendly family and help if the situation turned out to be dangerous or a serious problem. I found the placement more than satisfactory.

Thank you for all the info, you have been really really helpful! I got through to my family on the mobile this evening and I am going to meet up with them in London while they're here. They sounded really nice, thanks again. I had to think on my toes speaking Spanish on the phone.

Everything's great here, I'm in Turtagrø now; so so beautiful. Everything's going well, I'm working in the kitchen, exactly like my last job, and taking pictures and trying to speak Norwegian.

Skipnes is a very good place to gain work experience for me as I am given a variety of roles and had been participating in events such as concerts and wedding, and I am enjoying it.

Met some really great people, got an insiders view of a really beautiful country, and had experiences that I would never have had the opportunity to get at home. Working on a farm, lots of climbing in the mountains and dancing with crazy Norwegians until the small hours of the morning ;-)

Aleks, working in a farm in Ulsnes.

Work Experience Spain

Twin Work & Volunteer Abroad found my job and apartment for me before I left so as soon as I arrived everything was already organised which was fantastic, they also helped me in finding a second job after my first month of working when I finished the first placement.

Volunteer India

I was met at the airport and have been happy at the hotel. The city is very busy and hot and quite a culture shock but I am slowly getting used to it. I am looking forward to starting the orientation on Monday though and meeting all the other volunteers.

Rebecca, working in an orphanage.

Hospitality and Tourism in Europe

The hotel that I work with is amazing. The people I work with help me to improve my Spanish. I work with a great team and I look forward to making good progress in the time that I'll be working them...

...My Spanish has definitely improved - none of the immediate people I work with speaks English, which has contributed to my knowledge of Spanish.

Thula, working in a hotel in Barcelona.

I would just like to say how much I have enjoyed my first few days of work at my restaurant. The people are amazing and are really helping me speak more French, not a word of English allowed. I have been given a good amount of responsibility and am already serving customers. It's just fantastic, much thanks due.

Adam, working in a restaurant in Bordeaux.
