Our Visual Media Policy shows that without the expressed permission of our participants, their photos and videos cannot be used, modified or shared by outside parties. Furthermore, WAVA cannot use this material for promotional purposes other than those used to promote specific programmes on the WAVA website.

Written testimonials and or quotes given to WAVA from participants will only be used on the WAVA website to endorse the programme visited and/or any services offered by WAVA. Written permission will be obtained from the participant if ever a need arises when WAVA needs to use a testimonial/quote for any promotional purposes not apparent on the WAVA website.

Grammatical or spelling inaccuracies in received testimonials will be amended at WAVA's discretion, however, any major structural modifications to the text will always be passed back to the participant for approval before being published on the WAVA website.
